I had so many photos from the cruise that I decided to do a round up with the last ones I wanted to share! Although my lens was dirty, half of the time it was either rainy or cloudy, and I am still learning to use my camera, that didn’t discourage me from taking as many photos as I could.
As you may have seen in my last post our first stop on the cruise was the Bahamas, where we had a perfect sunny day. Our second stop was St. Thomas. St. Thomas was the only port where we did an excursion. We wanted to go to St. Johns and see “Trunk Bay” one of the top 5 best beaches in the world, so we did the excursion called “St John On Your Own” we took a ferry that was right beside the ship and then a taxi to Trunk Bay. Now when we see this beach in a calendar we can say we were there. Trunk Bay was not only the best beach of our 3 stops but it is now in my top favorite beaches. It is hard to describe the colors of the water, they changed from blue to green and and it was so unspoiled. I don’t have many nice photos because it was cloudy and my lens was dirty but it is one place that I would like to come back to some day for a longer period of time. Our third and last stop was St. Marteen. In St. Marteen we took a taxi to the beach but it was pouring raining so we just sat at a bar to have lunch and a few drinks hoping the rain will go away before it was time to come back to the ship so we can enjoy some time on the beach. Unfortunately it rained all day. I think that was the only cons of a cruise that you can’t really predict the weather on the days you are at a port-of-call.
